Update Announcement of KuCoin API KEY

Dear KuCoin users:

KuCoin has always placed the user experience on the top agenda and is committed to taking constant innovation to provide better using experience for users. Recently, we expect to update the key feature of API KEY in June 28th, 2018  (based on the local Singapore time).

The update contents are as follows:

1. Add authority management features, they are: read only access, trading limit and withdrawal limit
2. Add IP white list
3. Cancel email safety verification in API withdrawal

After updating, the API KEY permission is set as read-only access by default. Therefore, your API operation would fail to work. You need to log in to and set manually in KuCoin to enable this or other limit.
