The campaign will run from 10:00:00 on February 25, 2021 to 10:00:00 on March 4, 2021 (UTC).

Activity 1: Deposit Competition: Deposit ZEE to KuCoin to Win a Share of a 12,000 ZEE (Approximately $12,000)!

From 09:00:00 on February 23, 2021 to 10:00:00 on March 4, 2021 (UTC), all users who are qualified to the following requirements for the net deposit competition will share a corresponding prize pool totaling 12,000 ZEE!

1. The top 10 accounts with the highest net deposit volume (deposits - withdrawals) of ZEE on KuCoin will evenly share a 4,000 ZEE prize pool. Each winner will receive 400 ZEE (Approximately $400)!
2. The top 11-20 accounts with the highest net deposit volume (deposits - withdrawals) of ZEE on KuCoin will evenly share a 2,000 ZEE prize pool. Each winner will receive 200 ZEE (Approximately $200)!
3. Users who have a net deposit volume (deposits - withdrawals) of 50 ZEE or more, will evenly share a 6,000 ZEE prize pool.

Activity 2: Net Buy ZEE to Win a Share of a 12,000 ZEE (Approximately $12,000) Prize Pool!

During the campaign period, the top 20 users with the highest net buying volume (buys - sells - withdrawals) of ZEE/USDT on KuCoin will share a prize pool of 12,000 ZEE.

Activity 3: Participation Reward: Net Buy to Share a 6,000 ZEE (Approximately $6,000) Prize Pool!

During the campaign period, users who have a ZEE net buying volume (buys - sells - withdrawals) that reaches 50 ZEE or more on KuCoin, will evenly share a 6,000 ZEE prize pool.

*Rewards for Qualifiers = 6,000 ZEE / Number of Qualifiers

Note:

1. Net deposit volume: deposits - withdrawals;
2. Net buying volume: buys - sells - withdrawals;
3. The Sub-Accounts and Master Account will be treated as the same account when participating in the activity;
4. Winners of the top 20 users of the Deposit Competition (Activity 1.1 & 1.2) will not be eligible to receive the rewards of Activity 1.3;
5. Winners of the top 20 traders (Activity 2) will not be eligible to receive the Participation Rewards (Activity 3);
6. KuCoin will update the top 20 rankings of Activity 2 before 13:00 on March 3, 2021 (UTC). The final rankings of Activity 2 will be updated in 5 working days after the campaign ends;
7. Rewards will be distributed in 7 working days after the campaign ends;
8. The trading activity on the platform will undergo rigorous inspection during the activity. For any malicious acts conducted during the period, including malicious transaction manipulations, illegal bulk registration of accounts, self-dealing, etc., the platform will cancel the qualification of the participants. KuCoin reserves all rights to exercise at its sole discretion to define if the transaction behavior is counted as cheating behavior and determine whether to cancel the participation qualification of a user. The final decision made by KuCoin is with legal binding force to all participants who participated in the competition. Users hereby confirm that their registration and use of KuCoin is voluntary and is not forced, interfered with, or influenced by KuCoin in any way.
