KuCoin Will Support PMGT Buyback Prior to Delisting the Project

Dear KuCoin Users,

According to our project management rules and per the request of the project team, KuCoin will remove Perth Mint Gold Token (PMGT) from the platform, applying to the token’s two trading pairs - PMGT/USDT and PMGT/BTC.

Prior to completely taking PMGT from the platform, we will assist the project team in conducting a buyback from KuCoin users who are holding PMGT tokens and willing to sell them back to the project team.

On behalf of the project team, we kindly ask you to take a close look at the following details:

1. Buyback target users: KuCoin users holding PMGT;

2. Buyback period: 30 days, from 10:00:00 on July 21, 2021 to 10:00:00 on August 20, 2021 (UTC);

3. Buyback price: gold price per ounce at 10:00:00 on August 20, 2021 (UTC) (data sourced from Bloomberg );

4. Fees: 1% (meaning, 99% of the assets sold back to the project will be paid);

- This is the friction cost charged by the project;

- This friction cost is due to the price spread between the Bloomberg quote and the bid price of the marketplace where the project acquire liquidity for both USDT and PMGT;

5. Payment method: in USDT;

6. Deposit and withdrawal:

- Deposit will be closed at 10:00:00 on July 20, 2021 (UTC);

- Withdrawal will stay open for now, with the exact date being disclosed in a separate announcement of delisting after the buyback;

7. Trading: trading is already closed and will remain closed hereafter, your pending orders are canceled;

8. Users should: transfer PMGT to PMGTBuyback (the address to receive the tokens) before 10:00:00 on August 20, 2021 (UTC), the MINIMUM amount of transfer is 0.02 PMGT;

9. Distribution:the project team will transfer the payment in USDT to KuCoin to further distribute the funds to the participants’ KuCoin Main Account within 3 working days after the buyback is closed;

Important Note:

· Only INTERNAL transfers will be accepted: from a KuCoin account to the above-mentioned address (PMGTBuyback);

· Only transfers WITHIN THE BUYBACK PERIOD will be recognized;

· For those who DO NOT want to sell back, please feel free to withdraw;
