Suspension of Visa and Mastercard Services in Russia

Dear KuCoin Users,

Please be advised that due to the recent decisions by Visa and Mastercard, we have to temporarily stop processing cards issued in Russia for the Russian Ruble (RUB) currency starting at 12:01 AM on March 10, 2022 (MSK).

The suspended payment methods on KuCoin will be Bank Card (Visa/Mastercard) via Fast Trade. The clearing and settlement for authorizations made before the suspension time with Russian-issued cards will not be affected.

Please be noted that all transactions in P2P markets will not be affected.
