5. Unlimited Invites: Users can invite an unlimited number of friends to join KuCoin and earn commissions from their trading fees;
6. Eligibility: All eligible KuCoin users are eligible to participate in the upgraded Referral Program. However, sub-accounts and affiliates are not eligible for the program;
7. Users invited with VIP level 3 or higher are unable to bring commission rewards to the inviter.
8. The KuCoin Referral Program is not available to Belgian and Republic of France residents.
9. KuCoin reserves the right to disqualify any participants who are found to be engaged in fraudulent or illegal activities during the event;
10. KuCoin reserves the right to cancel or modify any part of the event or event rules at its sole discretion;
