1. What are the transaction limits for my KuCard?

Note: The card’s daily limits are calculated based on UTC time.
2. Why was my transaction declined?
- Insufficient funds in the account
- You might have exceeded your spending limit (check your card limits in the app)
- The merchant doesn’t allow these types of transactions
- The transaction has been flagged as high-risk
If you think your transaction was declined due to other errors, please contact our customer support team.
3. How do I submit an appeal if there's an issue with a transaction?
Why was my transaction declined?
The quickest way to resolve a dispute is to contact the merchant. When a merchant initiates a refund, it may take up to 14 days to process. If the issue remains unresolved, you can appeal the transaction by following the steps here
4. How are refunds processed?
When you use KuCard for payments, your cryptocurrency is automatically converted to EUR, which is then settled with the merchant. If there’s a refund, the refunded amount is credited to your funding account, valued at the EUR amount at the time of the transaction.
Note: Refunded transactions do not count toward any rewards
5. How do I make contactless payments with Apple Pay or Google Pay?
You have to add KuCard to your mobile wallets first.

6. Does KuCard offer monthly statements?
We currently do not provide monthly statements.
7. How are KuCard transactions conducted?
KuCard supports six cryptocurrencies (KCS, USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, XRP) and one fiat currency (EUR). You can choose preferred cryptocurrency to use for purchases, add or remove them as deductible assets, and set the payment priority between crypto and fiat. Please ensure at least one currency remains as your spending asset.
