The campaign will run from 10:00:00 on November 16, 2021 to 10:00:00 on November 23, 2021 (UTC).

Activity 1: SHILL Net Buying Competition, Enjoy a SHILL Grand Prize Pool Worth $50,000!

The users who have a net buying volume (buys - sells - withdrawals) of 600 SHILL or more on KuCoin will be qualified to share a SHILL prize pool worth $50,000!

The rewards will be distributed as follows:

*The reward for qualified users other than the top 50 winners = (Each user’s total net buying volume / all qualified users other than the top 50 winners’ total net buying volume) * $20,000 in SHILL.

Activity 2: Celebration of Shillholders, Win a Share of $15,000 in SHILL！

During the campaign period, KuCoin will take a snapshot of each users’ SHILL balance each day at 16:00 (UTC) (7 snapshots in total). The top 20 accounts with the highest average holding amount of SHILL per day on KuCoin will win a share of a SHILL prize pool worth $15,000.

The reward will be distributed as follows:

Snapshot Period: Every 16:00:00 from November 15, 2021 to November 21, 2021 (UTC)

Activity 3: SHILL & KuCoin Lucky Draw, Win a Share of a SHILL Prize Pool Worth $10,000!

During the campaign period, all users (KYC1 verified) who have a trading volume (buys + sells) that reaches 150 SHILL or more will enter the lucky draw.

KuCoin will randomly choose 100 lucky users (from the above qualified users) to evenly split a SHILL prize pool worth $10,000. (Each lucky user will receive a reward of $100 in SHILL)

Note:

1. Net buying volume = buys - sells - withdrawals;
2. Trading volume = buys + sells;
3. The Sub-Accounts and Master Account will be treated as the same account when participating in the SHILL activity;
4. KuCoin will update the top 10 rankings of Activity 1 & 2 before 13:00 on November 18, 2021 (UTC). The final rankings will be updated within 5 working days of the campaign ending;
5. The quantity of rewards will be calculated based on the average closing price of SHILL/USDT during the campaign period;
6. Rewards will be distributed within 7 working days of the campaign ending;
7. The trading activity on the platform will undergo rigorous inspection during the activity. For any malicious acts conducted during the period, including malicious transaction manipulations, illegal bulk registration of accounts, self-dealing, etc., the platform will cancel the qualification of the participants. KuCoin reserves all rights to exercise at its sole discretion to define if the transaction behavior is counted as cheating behavior and determine whether to cancel the participation qualification of a user. The final decision made by KuCoin is with legal binding force to all participants who participated in the competition. Users hereby confirm that their registration and use of KuCoin is voluntary and is not forced, interfered with, or influenced by KuCoin in any way.
