The campaign will run from 13:00:00 on December 2, 2021 to 13:00:00 on December 9, 2021 (UTC).

Activity 1: Exclusive Reward for New Users: Win a Share of $20,000 in VR!

During the campaign period, users who complete the following requirements will be considered as qualified users:

1. Newly registered KuCoin users who signed up from the day of the announcement of Victoria VR (VR) token sale on KuCoin Spotlight to the end of this campaign period;
2. Have a net buying volume (buys - sells - withdrawals) of at least 1,000 VR.

The first 1,000 qualifiers will win an equal share of a VR reward pool worth $20,000 ($20 in VR each)!

* Newly registered KuCoin users: Users who signed up from 04:00 on November 29, 2021 to 13:00 on December 9, 2021 (UTC).

* KuCoin will rank all the qualified users by the time when their net buying volume reaches 1,000 VR (limited to the first 1,000 newly registered users).

Activity 2: Who is the Prophet? Guess the VR Price to Win a Share of $8,000 in VR!

During the campaign period, users who have a VR/USDT trading volume (buys + sells) of 2,000 VR or more on KuCoin over the course of the competition period will be considered as qualified users.

Reward A. Qualified users can guess the VR closing price on KuCoin at 10:00 (UTC) of the campaign closing day (December 9, 2021) before 16:00:00 on December 7, 2021 (UTC). KuCoin will rank 11 users who have the exact or closest VR price guess.

The Prophet Prize (Best Guess): $500 in VR

The Top 10 Closest Guess: $100 in VR each

Reward B. All qualified users who have made a guess of the VR price (result does not matter) can equally share a reward pool of $6,500 in VR.

Activity 3: Trading Competition, Win a Share of a VR Prize Pool Worth $40,000!

During the competition period, users who have a VR/USDT trading volume (buys + sells) that reaches 100,000 VR or more on KuCoin will win a share of a VR prize pool worth $40,000!

The rewards will be distributed as follows:

*The reward for the qualified users other than the top 30 winners = (Each user’s total trading volume / all qualified users other than the top 30 winners’ total trading volume) * $10,000 in VR.

Note:

1. Trading volume = buys + sells;
2. Net buying volume = buys - sells - withdrawals;
3. Form for the Activity 2: Guess the VR closing price on KuCoin;
4. The quantity of rewards will be calculated based on the average closing price of VR/USDT during the campaign period;
5. The Sub-Accounts and Master Account will be treated as the same account when participating in the Victoria VR (VR) activity;
6. KuCoin will update the top 10 rankings for the highest trading volume of Activity 3 before 13:00 on December 7, 2021 (UTC). The final rankings will be updated within 5 working days of the campaign ending;
7. Rewards will be distributed within 7 working days of the campaign ending;
8. The trading activity on the platform will undergo rigorous inspection during the activity. For any malicious acts conducted during the period, including malicious transaction manipulations, illegal bulk registration of accounts, self-dealing, etc., the platform will cancel the qualification of the participants. KuCoin reserves all rights to exercise at its sole discretion to define if the transaction behavior is counted as cheating behavior and determine whether to cancel the participation qualification of a user. The final decision made by KuCoin is with legal binding force to all participants who participated in the competition. Users hereby confirm that their registration and use of KuCoin is voluntary and is not forced, interfered with, or influenced by KuCoin in any way.
