To celebrate Klever (KLV) being listed on KuCoin, we will be launching a campaign together with the Klever team to give away a reward pool of $25,000 in KLV to qualified KuCoin users.

The campaign will run from 10:00:00 on February 24, 2021 to 10:00:00 on March 3, 2021 (UTC).

Activity 1: Net Buying Competition, Enjoy the $12,000 in KLV Grand Prize Pool!

The top 30 users with the highest net buying volume (buys - sells - withdrawals) of KLV on KuCoin will share a prize pool of $12,000 in KLV!

The rewards will be distributed as follows:

Activity 2: Hold KLV, Win a Share of $8,000 in KLV!

KuCoin will take a snapshot of each user’s KLV balance each day at 16:00 (UTC). In order to participate in the competition, users must hold at least 10,000 KLV on KuCoin during the snapshot period.

Snapshot Period: From 16:00:00 on February 25, 2021 to 16:00:00 on March 2, 2021 (UTC)

Rewards:

a. The top 10 accounts with the highest holding amounts of KLV on KuCoin will win a share of the $5,000 in KLV rewards in proportion to their holding amount.

b. Participation Reward: Users with an average daily holding amount more than 10,000 KLV will evenly split the $3,000 in KLV prize pool.

* Winners of the Activity a will not be eligible to receive the participation reward (Activity b)

Activity 3: Participation Rewards: Win a Share of $5,000 in KLV With Low Threshold!

Users who have a KLV net buying volume that reaches 10,000 KLV or more and add the KLV/BTC, KLV/USDT and KLV/TRX trading pairs to their Favorite List, will evenly split the $5,000 in KLV prize pool.

Note:

1. Net Buying Volume: buys - sells - withdrawals;
2. The Sub-Accounts and Master Account will be treated as the same account when participating in the KLV activity;
3. The quantity of rewards in KLV will be calculated based on the average closing price of KLV/USDT during the campaign period;
4. Winners of the Activity 1 and Activity 2a will not be eligible to receive the participation reward (Activity 3);
5. KuCoin will update the top 10 rankings of Activity 1 before 13:00 on March 1, 2021 (UTC). The final rankings will be updated within 5 working days of the campaign ending;
6. Rewards will be distributed within 7 working days of the campaign ending;
7. The trading activity on the platform will undergo rigorous inspection during the activity. For any malicious acts conducted during the period, including malicious transaction manipulations, illegal bulk registration of accounts, self-dealing, etc., the platform will cancel the qualification of the participants. KuCoin reserves all rights to exercise at its sole discretion to define if the transaction behavior is counted as cheating behavior and determine whether to cancel the participation qualification of a user. The final decision made by KuCoin is with legal binding force to all participants who participated in the competition. Users hereby confirm that their registration and use of KuCoin is voluntary and is not forced, interfered with, or influenced by KuCoin in any way.
