KuCoin Will Support the Token Reduction Swap of Pundi X From NPXS to PUNDIX

Dear KuCoin Users,

KuCoin will support the Pundi X (NPXS) token reduction swap to Pundi X (PUNDIX). We will start the upgrade and complete the NPXS to PUNDIX token swap automatically for NPXS holders on KuCoin.

The arrangements are as follows:

1. KuCoin will suspend the NPXS withdrawal and deposit services at 4:00:00 on April 5, 2021 (UTC).
2. KuCoin will close the trading service for the NPXS/USDT, NPXS/ETH and NPXS/BTC trading pairs at 10:00:00 on April 5, 2021 (UTC).We recommend that you cancel your pending orders of NPXS as soon as possible.
3. To complete the upgrade, KuCoin will take snapshots of users’ NPXS assets at 16:00:00 on April 5, 2021 (UTC+8). After the snapshot, we will convert the NPXS into PUNDIX at a ratio of 1,000:1 (1,000 NPXS = 1 PUNDIX).
4. KuCoin will open the PUNDIX deposit service at 4:00:00 on April 9, 2021 (UTC).
5. KuCoin will open the trading service for the PUNDIX/USDT and PUNDIX/BTC trading pairs and PUNDIX withdrawal service at 8:00:00 on April 9, 2021 (UTC).

Please note:

• Minimum holding for eligibility: 10 NPXS;
• The snapshots will include NPXS balances in Spot accounts (Main Account + Trading Account).
• NPXS tokens that were pending deposit or withdrawal at the time of the snapshots will not count towards your NPXS balance.
• After the token swap is complete, the Pundi X (NPXS) will not be supported on KuCoin.
• Non-KuCoin users can go to Pundi X official swap site to complete the swap.
