The campaign will run from 12:00:00 on March 11, 2022 to 12:00:00 on March 18, 2022 (UTC).

Activity 1: MEM New User Welcome Pools, Share a 10,000 USDC Prize pool！

During the campaign period, users will be able to win the MEM new user bonus in three different ways:

A. The first 100 new users who have a net buying amount (buys - sells - withdrawals) of 2,000 MEM will receive 20 USDC each.

B. The 101st-300th new users who have a net buying amount (buys - sells - withdrawals) of 2,000 MEM will receive 10 USDC each.

C. All new users (the first 300 new users included) who have a net buying amount (buys - sells - withdrawals) of 2,000 MEM will evenly share a 6,000 USDC prize pool.

Activity 2: MEM Net Buying Competition, Share a 25,000 USDC Prize Pool!

During the competition period, the top 30 users with the highest MEM net buying amount (buys - sells - withdrawals) on KuCoin will win a share of a 25,000 USDC prize pool!

The rewards will be distributed as follows:

Activity 3: Participation Reward, Win a Share of a 5,000 USDC Prize Pool!

Users who have a net buying amount (buys - sells - withdrawals) of at least 3,000 MEM and add the MEM/USDT trading pair to their Favorites list will evenly split 5,000 USDC.

Note:

1. Net buying amount = buys - sells - withdrawals;
2. The Sub-Accounts and Master Account will be treated as the same account when participating in the MEM activity;
3. Winners of Activity 2 will not be eligible to receive the Activity 3 rewards;
4. KuCoin will update the top 10 rankings of Activity 2 before 13:00 on March 16, 2022 (UTC). The final rankings will be updated within 5 working days of the campaign ending;
5. Rewards will be distributed within 7 working days of the campaign ending;
6. The trading activity on the platform will undergo rigorous inspection during the activity. For any malicious acts conducted during the period, including malicious transaction manipulations, illegal bulk registration of accounts, self-dealing, etc., the platform will cancel the qualification of the participants. KuCoin reserves all rights to exercise at its sole discretion to define if the transaction behavior is counted as cheating behavior and determine whether to cancel the participation qualification of a user. The final decision made by KuCoin is with legal binding force to all participants who participated in the competition. Users hereby confirm that their registration and use of KuCoin is voluntary and is not forced, interfered with, or influenced by KuCoin in any way.
