In accordance with AMBCrypto, Bitcoin's historical patterns suggest a potential decline as we move into 2025. Over the past week, Bitcoin [BTC] has shown volatility, dropping by 6.01% since Christmas, from $99,881 to $93,879. Analysts, including Alphractal, indicate that this trend may continue into the new year, reflecting past cycles where Bitcoin experienced declines during year-end periods, such as 2012-2013 and 2019-2020. Despite this, some years like 2013-2014 saw moderate appreciation. Current market indicators, such as a decline in long-term holder confidence and negative daily active address divergence, suggest bearish sentiment. If historical patterns hold, Bitcoin could drop to $91,500, but a post-new year rally could see it reclaim $95,400. AMBCrypto advises caution, noting that trading cryptocurrencies involves high risk.
