KuCoin Will Support the NuCypher (NU) and Keep Network (KEEP) Token Merge

Dear KuCoin Users, 

KuCoin will support the NuCypher (NU) and Keep Network (KEEP) token merge to Threshold Network Token (T).  

The arrangements are as follows: 

1. KuCoin will close the deposit and withdrawal services of NuCypher (NU) and Keep Network (KEEP) at 08:00:00 on March 28, 2022 (UTC). Trading Bot will remove KEEP and NU of all strategies and stop the running bots at the same time. 

2. KuCoin will close the trading service for the NU/USDT, NU/BTC, KEEP/USDT, and KEEP/BTC trading pairs at 08:00:00 on March 29, 2022 (UTC). We recommend that you cancel your pending orders as soon as possible.   

3. To complete the update, KuCoin will take snapshots of the users’ NU and KEEP assets at 10:00:00 on March 29, 2022 (UTC). After the snapshot, we will update NU to T at a ratio of 1: 3.26 (1 NU = 3.26 T) and KEEP to T at a ratio of 1: 4.78 (1 KEEP = 4.78 T).  

4. Related follow-ups to this subject will be announced separately as soon as possible. 

Please note:  

1. Minimum holding for eligibility: 1 NU and 1 KEEP 

2. The snapshots will include NU and KEEP balances in Spot accounts (Main Account + Trading Account).  

3. NU and KEEP tokens that were in pending deposit or withdrawal at the time of the snapshots will not be counted towards your NU and KEEP balances. 

4. After the token merge is completed, the NU token and KEEP token will no longer be supported on KuCoin.
