What is the maximum number of KuCards a user can apply for?

A VIP 0 can apply for up to 2 virtual cards and 2 physical cards.

A VIP 1 or above can apply for up to 3 virtual cards and 3 physical cards.

 

What are the KuCard application fees? 

These fees are non-refundable and must be paid at the time of application.

 

What is the debit limit for each card? 

The debit limit is shared by all the cards. The total spending across all cards must not exceed the limit.

 

What is the card application process?

Step 1: Navigate to KuCard page to click “Add new card” on the landing page or on My Cards page

Step 2: Choose a card type: Physical card or Virtual card

 

What is the source of fund for each card? 

All of a cardholder’s cards are linked to the funding/trading account

 

Can my 2nd or 3rd card enjoy the cashback? 

All cards are eligible to earn cashback

 

How can I differentiate my physical cards? 
We suggest that users create a distinctive name on their other cards
