2. The token you purchase will arrive in your Main account. Please transfer it from the Main account to the Trading account for Spot trading.

Selling steps for desktop users:

Step 1: Log into your KuCoin account. Add payment methods and set a trading password.

Step 2: Click “Buy Crypto”, then “P2P” on the main page to enter the KuCoin P2P Fiat Trade homepage, then click “Sell”.

Step 3: Choose the fiat currency and choose a merchant.

Step 4: Enter the total/amount you want to sell and click “Place Order”.

Step 5: Please wait for the buyer to pay. After you confirm the receipt of the payment, please click “Release digital assets”, then enter the trading password to release the digital assets to complete the order.

Selling steps for mobile users:

Step 1: Log into your account via KuCoin App. Add payment methods and set a trading password.

Step 2: Tap “Buy Crypto” on the homepage.

Step 3: Choose the fiat currency and tap “Sell” from one of the merchants.

Step 4: Fill in the token quantity or the fiat amount and tap “Sell Now”.

Notes:

1. The order will be automatically cancelled if the buyer does not complete the payment within the specified time. The frozen assets are automatically released from freezing.

2. If the buyer has marked the “Mark as Paid’ or the "I Have Paid", but you have not received the payment, please do not release the assets. Please contact the buyer through the chat window on the order page immediately.
