What is the KuCard Cashback Program?
The KuCard Cashback Program is a reward initiative that allows you to earn cashback on qualifying purchases made with your KuCard. It’s our way of saying thank you for being a valued customer. KuCard is currently only available to citizens and residents of the European Economic Area (EEA).
How do I enroll in the program?
Enrollment is not required. Existing customers are already enrolled. New customers will be enrolled automatically upon card activation.

How do I earn cashback?
You earn cashback by making qualifying purchases with your KuCard. Qualifying purchases include everyday transactions such as groceries, dining, fuel, and online shopping. Certain purchases such as ATM withdrawals, balance transfers, cash advances, and banking services do not qualify for cashback. Additionally, transactions made with EUR are not entitled to cashback.

How much cashback can I earn?
The cashback redemption rate varies depending on the VIP level of your account. For example, you enjoy up to 1.7% redemption rate if you’re a VIP 0. Check our website or mobile app for the latest rates and eligible categories.

Scenario 1:
As a VIP0 user with cashback earning EUR 10 in a month,
the user gets: 0.00015 BTC (= EUR 10 * 1)
Scenario 2:
As a VIP0 user with cashback earning EUR 20 in a month,
the user gets: 3.6 KCS (= EUR 20 * (1.2+0.5))

How and when is the cashback credited to my account?
The Cashback earned for the month’s transactions will be credited to your cashback account on the 15th day of the following month. You can track your earned cashback through our mobile app or online portal. Please note that pending orders can only be redeemed after settlement.
