US IP Access Restrictions and Guidance on Asset Withdrawals for Users in the United States

Dear Users,
In compliance with regulatory requirements in the United States, KuCoin will close all accounts of US users effective January 23, 2025, at 9:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) (“Effective Date”). After the Effective Date:
- Logins will be disabled for accounts verified as belonging to US residents.
- Users accessing from US IP addresses will also be restricted.
For US Users:
We strongly encourage account holders identified as US residents to withdraw all assets prior to the Effective Date. After the Effective Date, withdrawals will require assistance from customer service and will incur a one-time fee of 30 USDT (or its equivalent in other currencies) to cover platform's withdrawal services for accounts with remaining assets.

For Non-US Users:
This change will not impact users outside the United States. Services in non-restricted areas will remain fully operational and unaffected. To avoid any service interruptions, especially for managing ongoing orders, we recommend accessing and logging into our platform using supported non-US IP addresses.
