What happens if I return an item I purchased with my KuCard?

If you choose to return an item, the cashback that was earned from that purchase will be deducted from your cashback balance. This adjustment will appear in your upcoming statement.

 

a. If a refund is processed prior to the cashback settlement cycle, the corresponding cashback amount will be voided. In the case of partial refunds, the cashback amount will be adjusted proportionally.

 

b. If a refund is processed following the cashback settlement cycle, the cashback amount will be deducted during the subsequent month’s cashback cycle.
