KuCard Referral FAQ
1. What is the KuCard referral activity?
The KuCard referral activity allows existing users to invite new users to register for a KuCard and earn rewards by completing transactions. Invited users must complete a KuCard transaction of at least 30 EUR to qualify as participants.
2. How can I share my invitation code?
You can share your invitation code in the following ways:

Copy Invitation Code: The invitation code is consistent with the limited-time cashback offer, and the first one will be used by default.

QR Code: Invited users can scan the QR code to directly access the KuCard page.

Image Sharing: Supports sharing the invitation information on social media.

Link Sharing: Links generated by the KuCard team, which differ from the limited-time cashback offer.
3. How many invitees can I have?

Normal Users: You can invite up to 1,000 users, but only the first 100 who complete KuCard transactions will receive rewards.

5. What types of transactions are not eligible?
All transactions are eligible except those with the following MCC codes:

6. When are rewards distributed?
Rewards will be distributed every Wednesday based on eligible activities from the previous Monday to Sunday.
7. What happens if an invited user requests a refund after receiving rewards?
All rewards received by both the invited users and the invitee will be revoked if an invited user requests a refund. Additionally, if either user attempts to make another purchase in the future, they will not be eligible for rewards. If rewards are revoked and there are insufficient funds remaining in the user's account, it will result in a debt that may affect future use of KuCard.
8. What happens if malicious behaviour is detected?
If any form of malicious behaviour is detected during the activity, such as bulk ordering or false registrations, KuCoin will immediately cancel that participant's eligibility and any rewards earned. All participants must adhere to fair competition principles to ensure the integrity and transparency of the activity.
